The best part of UpMarket is that it has put me in touch with people who like myself are passionate about food that is local, seasonal and sustainably produced. John is the head of the Trinidad and Tobago Goat and Sheep Society. Great now I have my hook up for fresh goat's milk from which I can make my own yoghurt.
