The words China doll come to mind whenever I look at Isabelle. She is petite and delicate with a wide-eyed gaze to melt your heart. Isabelle is a cousin to my children (# 2 ) and (#11). Her dad is of Chinese descent and her mom is Indian. The diverse ethnic background of both my husband's as well as my own family ( indeed many Trinidadian families) is one of the things that makes Trinidad such a beautiful country. Isabelle is also cousin to Micheal (#28)
I absolutely love the diversity in Trinidad as well. Even though the U.S. is considered a melting pot, I believe other countries are more so of one.
